The Philosophy of Management Research
The chapter is about the philosophies of research and it also tells us the significance of philosophy in Research. There are three main reason which indicates that why philosophies are important to understand for research purpose. The three reasons are the following. it helps the researcher in three ways , first by clarifying the research design. It also helps researcher in gathering data and its interpretation and how these things support our research question. Second reason is that knowledge of philosophies can helps the researcher in identifying which research design is suits to your research and which design will works and which will not work. It also gives understanding to the researcher about limitation of the each research design. Third reason is that it helps the researcher to design the research design and also helps the researcher to find new and modified research design which he does not used in his past experiences. It also helps the researcher that how to adapt research design
